Why do older guys have bigger tummy? To most people, they will say “It is because those guys drink a lot!”
Abdominal obesity, or commonly known as belly fat is the accumulation of abdominal fat resulting to an increase in waist size. An excess of visceral fat is known as abdominal obesity, the “pot belly” or “beer belly” effect, in which the abdomen protrudes excessively. This body type is also known as “apple shaped” body.
Abdominal obesity is correlated with overeating and a sedentary lifestyle. This means that beer or any alcoholic drink alone is not the culprit. Men just have the tendency to develop the beer belly compared to women since women in general, gain weight from their hips to their thighs (known as pear shaped bodies). You will notice that there are people who do not drink beer but has huge beer belly and there are people who do drink beer yet remain slim. The cue here is not to binge.
To a person who wants to lose weight fast, avoiding beer and alcoholic drink is a reasonable bargain. A person on a diet only needs 1,500 daily calories. I myself will not spend 500 calories in drinking beer. But occasionally, if we need to drink beer or any alcoholic beverage, we just need to stay focus on our regimen. Unfortunately this is not easy. An average person will not drink only one beer. He will consume about 4 to 6 bottles. Worst, the food that comes with it adds to the calories ingested. So if you need to drink, drink in moderation. Binge drinking and getting drunk has not place in healthy lifestyle. Do not drink daily. Remember that behaviors repeated frequently will become a strong habit. Habitual drinking can lead to addiction that can cause more danger to one’s health.
But do not let this stop you. Enjoy without feeling guilty. Being a sensible person, you know when it is time to stop drinking and just have a good time with your friends.

The currency wars are about to begin and you need to know what’s going on and how it will affect the forex currency market. There are many parties involved, but right now it’s primarily world governments. They are in a fierce competition to keep their currency values as low as possible. This is really going to affect your forex trading strategies so pay attention.
The forex currency market is heavily moved by central banks. Normally, they are one of the most significant forex indicators for how the market behaves. Currently, they are the single most important factor.
They are supposed to be sort of on the sidelines fostering economic growth and stability. But right now, they are in a fight of their lives to save it from each other.
It all started with the Federal Reserve deciding they would implement a monetary policy of quantitative easing. That means they wanted to printed money and pump it into the economy. This would make borrowing cheaper than it already is, and spur business expansion and so forth.
The affect that this had on the forex currency market is astounding. The USD went down in value around 6% against it’s major trading pairs. Then Japan chimed in and announced their own quantitative easing, which brought the JPY down. This cause investors to flee the USD and JPY and go into emerging markets, sending their currency values sky rocketing.
That made countries like Brazil impose a 100% increase on foreign investment tax to fend off currency investors and traders. You see, if their currencies go up too much in value, their exports will no longer be cheap to make. Once that happens, they lose the engine that has been causing their incredible growth. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, just think China and how they have artificially devalued their Yuan in order to continue their exports and their growth rate.
Brazil is not the only one. One by one, all of the countries are coming in and it is changing the face of the forex currency market trading as we have known it. They are no longer on the sidelines. They are now active major players.
